Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel recently, and while the location was great for visiting the Grand Ole Opry, I found the overall experience to be a bit lacking. The rooms were nice and clean, but I wasn't expecting a sofa sleeper as a bed for the price I paid. The service could definitely use some improvement, especially when it came to valet parking. On the bright side, the dining options were high-quality, though limited, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just about 20 minutes from the main attractions in Nashville, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. However, we faced some issues with the room setup, especially for a handicap guest, and the service didn’t meet all our expectations. Overall, the amenities were decent, but I felt like there could have been more attention to detail.
